The greedy builders are back! This time it is 9 Northbrook Road, in Hillcrest. This developer is asking for approval to build six buildings with 19 units where one house now stands.
The developer will present his plans for Northbrook Road to the Planning Board at the meeting on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 8:00 pm at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 NY- Route 59, Airmont, NY 10901.
