This item went to the Town of Ramapo planning board on September 12, 2017 as a ‘preliminary plan and ZBA referral’. The review by planning board was adjourned until November 14, 2017. The official reason given was to determine if a county GML is required for this PRELIMINARY approval. We believe the real reason is because CUPON’s great lawyers and a turnout of CUPON and other concerned citizens were there representing the injustice of this proposed development.
